You can't eliminate most of the things that cause stress in your life like finances, spouses, bosses and kids. But you can alleviate the symptoms of stress by using yoga, meditation and sex.
If you’re feeling stressed on the road, look for a hip hotel from the Kimpton boutique chain. They offer a complimentary yoga program, including mats, a brochure and TV channel showing yoga positions and techniques to offer you relaxation techniques. (Sadly, there isn’t yet a hotel chain offering free sex brochures to stressed-out travelers, so you’re on your own there.)
But maybe the most fun way (OK, the second most fun way) to reduce stress in your life is by using laughter as your own best medicine
